New Things
Lots of new things happening here since I last posted. One reason I haven't been knitting (or blogging) much lately is because I started a new job!
Another new thing? I learned how to weave! Last month, I took a beginning rigid heddle workshop at Knit One One, taught by Brooke (of Tactile). I really enjoyed it.
Our project for the workshop was a plain weave scarf. I used a little over two skeins of Hand Jive Nature's Palette fingering weight (color NP 124 - orchid).
It's more tightly beaten at the beginning than the end, but I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
My most recent new thing is a rigid heddle loom (15 inch Schacht Flip) which arrived last week. Off to rummage through my stash for yarn for my next weaving project!

What is that machine you are using in the first image?
